Jangan risau sangat ye, actually at 36 weeks tu doktor memang akan suggest induce kalau AFI dah 4.5, sebab air ketuban yang kurang boleh affect baby, ia melindungi baby dan kalau terlalu sikit ada risiko pada baby, so decision doktor tu memang untuk keselamatan both of you. Someone in my mum group pun pernah share pengalaman yang sama, dia cakap proses induce memang takes time and patience, ada yang ambil 2-3 hari baru fully dilated, so mentally prepare yourself untuk the wait. Yang penting, you dah almost full term so baby insya-Allah dah cukup matang, just trust the process dan ikut guidance team doktor ye.
