Breastfeeding is a team effort

Sobrang true! Breastfeeding really is a team effort talaga, my husband learned early on na hindi lang ako ang kailangan mag-adjust, kailangan niya rin mag-support, whether it's helping with positioning, getting me water, or just being there when I'm stressed about supply. A few of us mums talk about how mas smooth ang buong journey pag ang partner ay involved at educated about it, hindi lang nagsasabing "kaya mo yan" pero wala pang tulong haha!
