Hey mama, itching on the breasts during pregnancy is super common, usually it's just the skin stretching kaya nag-iitch, or sometimes hormones lang, but better to mention it to your OB just to be safe kundi may other things going on like, hindi lang stretch marks yung cause. A few of us mums experienced this din and mostly it was harmless, pero peace of mind talaga if you get it checked, especially if it's really bothering you or may other symptoms pa.
