1st time mum / 1st trimester ( is duphaston safe in pregnancy? It was given to me by my doctor )

my gynae prescribed it too and I even got an injection of it. it's fairly standard these days. it can cause some gas but is meant to reduce risk of miscarriage in the first trimester
