new born acne

Hi new mom here! I just want to ask if any mommies here experience newborn acne in your babies face? I did not use any soap when it comes to my babies face as adviced by our pedia.. i just noticed red bumps and rash on his face 3weeks after giving birth. Any advice what to do :(
