Ay nako, huwag ka nang mag-alala ng todo-todo, nangyari na yan, and honestly, ang mixing mistake mo ay likely ang culprit ng light green poop at loose stools niya. When the formula is too concentrated (more powder, less water), it can upset baby's tummy and cause exactly that, greenish color at ang diarrhea-type poop. A few of us mums had similar oops moments, at nakita namin na once we corrected the ratio the next day or two, normal na ulit ang poop ng babies namin.
Okay na ang good news, since alam mo na now ang tama formula (7oz water lang with 3 tablespoons ng Nestogen 3), fix mo na agad ang timpla going forward at ibibigyan mo ng 24-48 hours para mawala ang digestive upset. Ang light green at frequent pooping after formula adjustment o mistake ay usually temporary lang, hindi automatic allergy or serious infection. Monitor lang kung may rash, vomiting, or kung sobrang watery pa rin after a couple of days, pero most likely mag-normalize na siya.
That said, since baby mo ay maluwag pa rin at gusto mo peace of mind, totally fair mag-call sa pedia mo para ma-confirm, especially if ang tae niya ay still maluwag after three days or may ibang signs na concerned ka. Better safe than sorry talaga, pero don't beat yourself up, these things happen sa lahat ng moms, including me!
