Please contact your OB or go to the nearest clinic/hospital today para ma-check , especially with the headaches and vomiting, kasi kailangan nila malaman kung okay ka at baby mo. Maraming moms sa circle ko natanggap ang same thing early on, pero importante talaga ma-assess ng doctor, baka dehydration, baka something else na kailangan i-manage. Don't hesitate to call your OB's hotline or go to ER if pagsisihan mo pa, hindi yan hassle, yan ang ibibigay nila. You and baby's health comes first, always. Praying for you, mama!
