You really need an assist especially on the first month atleast.. hindi ka makakapag function ng maayos if ikaw lahat.. hire a stay-out caregiver if hindi mo bet mag ask ng help from family or relatives. If may friend na willing to help you go…If pwede mag wfh si husband to assist you much better… mahirap po mag recover ng mabilis kung puyat, pagod and sayo agad lahat..Mas lalo ka hindi makakafunction agad. Take care of yourself first, lalo kung gusto mo Mag ebf.
