Third trimester insomnia is real, a few of us mums went through the same thing, parang ang hirap talaga mag-adjust sa belly, ang back pain, at yung frequent trips to the CR na yan. Try mo ang mga pregnancy pillows or side-lying position, at maybe limit your fluids muna before bedtime kasi talagang nakaka-disrupt ng sleep. But if it's getting too extreme or you're feeling super anxious na, better check with your OB kasi sometimes it could be related to blood pressure or other pregnancy stuff na kailangan i-monitor. Kayang-kaya mo yan, rest when you can lang!
