Postpartum Binder

Need some recommendations on abdominal binder for a plus sized lady with csect scar. TIA!

Hi! I think a good binder is really worth it after C-section, especially for support around the scar area. From what I hear, most mums wear theirs for about 4 to 6 weeks, and the key is finding one that actually fits properly without being too tight, you want compression, not restriction that makes you uncomfortable. For plus-size options, a few mums I know have mentioned the BraceAbility binder and the Expand A Band, since they come in larger sizes (up to 46" waist) and give solid support without the hassle of hunting everywhere. Some also swear by the Frida Mom one if you can find your size. The thing is, what works depends on your body and comfort level, so I'd suggest checking the sizing charts carefully, better to size up slightly than feel squeezed all day.
