Hindi po kailangan mag-set ng appointment, pwede ka lang pumunta directly sa SSS branch na malapit sa inyo with your requirements, birth certificate, ID, at proof of income lang usually, at mag-fill out ng forms on the spot, though marami na rin ngayon nag-online through their website which is faster kung walang time. One of my mum friends did hers online lang and nabilis talaga compared sa pag-antayan sa branch, pero check mo muna ang SSS website para sa exact requirements ngayon kasi changes din.
