Hi mama! Honestly, both work well, steam sterilizer is faster and more thorough, while UV is gentler on plastic bottles if you're worried about wear and tear, kaya depende sa needs mo talaga. A few of us first-time mums in our group use steam sterilizers kasi nasa loob lang ng 5-10 minutes tapos done na, pero some prefer UV kung ang bottles nila are delicate or if they want something less maintenance-heavy. Ano ba ang priority mo, speed or protecting the bottles?
