13 weeks pregnant today

is it necessary to drink milk when you are pregnant? my doctor didn't order me to drink medicine but only a Folic acid and Isoxilan. or which month usually the doctor requires mommies to drink milk? thank you for your responses.

Me ever since nalaman kong preggy ako umiinom na ko ng milk. Pinastop lang ako ni OB nung 1st trimester kasi baka daw isa yun sa dahilan kung bat ako nagiging bloated. Nagstart ulit ako magmilk 2nd trimester na. Need po natin ng milk twice a day, or kung di ka nagmimilk dapat may calcium na vitamins. Para sa bones natin and para kay baby.
