13 weeks pregnant today

is it necessary to drink milk when you are pregnant? my doctor didn't order me to drink medicine but only a Folic acid and Isoxilan. or which month usually the doctor requires mommies to drink milk? thank you for your responses.

my OB didn't require me to drink any materna milk like anmum, kasi madami daw lactose intolerant plus my sugar pa din daw yun, kahit na sinasabi mababa lang, the thing is "there's added sugar" and you drink it daily? nkakataas sya ng sugar sa katawan at nakakalaki ng baby, just stick with eating healthy food or you can opt regular or fresh milk n no sugar
