is it necessary to drink milk for pregnancy? my doctor didn't give me any prescription on milk. or which month usually the OB requires you to drink milk? thanks mommies.

Not necessary for me. Wala din naman prescription si ob. Pero kug risky ang pagbubuntis mo, much better to drink milk for pregnancy.
