Anyone using this multi vtamins? Is it good? Is it okay if i take it with another folic supplement?

Okay, with prenatal vitamins and folic supplements kasi, the thing is, you might end up getting too much folic acid kung nag-double ka, which is not ideal! A few of us tried doing that thinking "mas marami, mas better" pero hindi talaga, haha. Best thing is to check with your OB muna kung ano talaga ang kailangan mo, especially kung anong dosage ng folic acid ang naka-contain na sa Nature Plus na yan, basta alam mo exactly kung magka-overlap lang or not. Sorry walang direct experience ko with that brand specifically, pero alam ko trusted moms here prefer asking their doctors about supplement combinations para sure talaga!
