Aww, ganyan talaga ang babies ngayon, they scratch without realizing! Mine did the same thing around that age, sobrang mabilis ng mga ungulong nila. For minor scratches, we just cleaned it with water and mild soap, then applied a thin layer of baby moisturizer or antibiotic ointment to keep it from getting infected, lalo na kung lalim ang sugat. A few of us moms also swear by keeping baby's nails super short and filed smooth (not just cut blunt) para hindi ganito mabilis makakasugat, game-changer talaga! If the scratch looks deep, infected, or hindi humihilom after a few days, best to have your pedia check it lang to be sure.
