Pag ang room temp is around 26 degrees usually 6 hrs tinatagal ng milk. Pero since we are here in the Philippines.. Mas madaling mapanis ang milk. 😊🍼

Di napapanis ang bf pag nasa breast. Unless pinump mo siya or formula milk at nilagay sa bottle. Max 4hrs lang tinatagal nun.

4hrs lang sis kaya mas ok kung pump muna tapos lagay sa ref ithaw mo nalang kapag gutom na si baby
