Kailangan mo talaga mag-check with your OB para malaman kung kelan safe na mag-intimate ulit and when your body is ready to try again, kasi bawat situation is different at importante ma-monitor kung bumagal na ang bleeding mo at walang complications. A few of us mums have been through similar losses, and lahat ng doctors namin ay nag-suggest na mag-wait ng at least 1-2 cycles before trying again, pero talaga depende sa condition mo pa rin after the miscarriage.
