Honestly, most doctors recommend waiting at least 6 months to a year after giving birth before trying again, especially if you had a normal delivery, pero if you had a c-section, better to wait a full year para ma-heal ng maayos ang incision. A few of us tried planning right away after 6 months and we were okay, pero one of my mum friends rushed it at 4 months and her OB really advised against it kasi ang body needs time to recover talaga, lalo na if you're breastfeeding pa. Best talk to your OB about your specific situation since alam nila ang medical history mo, they can give you the exact timeline based on how your birth went!
