Myometrial Focal Contractions at 13 weeks

Nakita sa ultrasound na I'm having contractions. Buong time na inultrasound ako nakacontract ung uterus ko. Delikado po ba sa baby yun? Inadvise aq ng OB na minimize ang activities, at mag take ng duphaston. Ok lng po ba magstairs kht 1 or twice a day? Any insights po about focal contractions? Super worried here..?

Nde naman sinabi bed rest sis. Pwede naman daw magkikilos pero minimize yung activities,,kung hindi kelangan gawin wag gawin. Close pa nmn yung cervix ko..natatakot aq magstairs, pero paglilipat n s bedroom at night ok lng kaya un?
