Praise God! 💗🙏 #firsttimemom #healthybabyboy DOB: Oct. 4, 2020 EDD: Oct. 6, 2020 Weight: 3.4 kgs Via NSD 4 hrs active labor - Exercise more mommies para di mahirapan mag labor. I tried a lot - yoga for easy delivery, zumba for pregnant women and walking + prayers din po. 🙏🙏🙏 Nagtry din ako kumain pinya and inom Evening Primrose Oil for 5 days before delivery para lumambot cervix. Last tip: pag breech baby nyo, pamusic kayo sa baba ng pempem tas lagyan nyo flashlight every night. Effective po sakin. Breech sya nung 6 mos and cephalic na nung 7 mos. Everyday routine ko lang po yun. Also, may exercises din sa youtube para umikot c baby 🙏 God bless mommies! 💗

ilang weeks po kayo nag start mag exercise? pwede na kya ako mag 36 weeks na.. nag sslight walking na rin po ksi ako 😊

congrats po..buti pa sa inyo, EDD ko Oct.5 pero until now hindi pa lumalabas baby ko. hope darating din ako diyan🙏
