Kasi talaga, a few of us in my mum group have gone through something similar, may gestational sac pero walang embryo or yolk sac pa, at the measurements parang delayed compared sa dating. The thing is, sometimes ang dating ng ovulation ay off talaga, so ang actual weeks mo ay mas kaunti pa kaysa sa LMP, which makes the sac size look smaller than expected. One of my close friends had a sac na parang walang laman din, pero turns out timing lang ng ultrasound, it was too early to see anything yet, so she went back two weeks later and everything was there na.
Pero I won't sugarcoat, a few other moms shared na kung ang sac is consistently small with no yolk sac or embryo visible, sometimes hindi na umuusad ng tama, especially if you've had spotting or cramps. Since you mentioned you had a miscarriage recently with the sac naiwan, it's really important to get a follow-up ultrasound with your OB to check kung may tissue naiwan pa or if this is a new pregnancy, the timeline makes a big difference sa assessment.
