Sis, pregnancy rhinitis is super common, a few of us went through it din, kaya di ka nag-iisa! The hormones talaga ang culprit, pero since it's your first time, worth checking with your OB lang para ma-confirm it's just that and not something else, at para ma-advise ka nila ng safe remedies habang buntis ka. Some of my mum friends found relief sa humidifier at pag-elevate ng pillow sa gabi, pero better to get the thumbs-up from your doctor muna before trying anything. Wishing you feel better soon, mama!
