I haven't been through a blighted ovum myself, but a few of us in our mum group have had miscarriages managed differently depending sa situation, at seryoso talaga kailangan mo talagang mag-consult with your OB kasi ang approach ay super depende sa how far along you are at kung stable ang situation mo, hindi lahat ng cases pwedeng medicine lang. For the SSS benefit, I'd suggest calling their hotline directly or going sa nearest branch kasi alam ko may maternity benefits pero kailangan ng proper documentation from your doctor, and honestly the process varies.
