JENIS BERAK NORMAL ATAU TAK

Taklah worry sangat, FM babies memang boleh jadi macam tu, some of my mum friends' babies poop sekali dua hari je, and it's still okay as long as dia aktif and poop colour normal (yellowish, seeded texture). But kalau dah 3-4 hari and baby seems uncomfortable, crying banyak, or poop becomes hard/clay-colored, better check with your doctor just in case ada constipation atau lain-lain. Mostly FM babies are fine with wider poop intervals daripada BF babies, so don't stress, just keep an eye on baby's mood and tummy lah!
