At 36 weeks, baby mengeras (Braxton Hicks contractions) adalah normal, especially kalau semakin dekat dengan due date, tapi kalau dia kerap sangat atau disertai dengan sakit perut yang tak boleh hilang, better check with your doctor just to be safe. A few of us mums noticed the same thing around this time, some would get them few times sehari, some sampai every few minutes, so memang beza-beza. Kalau ada any bleeding or discharge yang pelik, jangan delay, go to hospital je. In the meantime, rest, drink plenty of water, and if you're worried at all, call your gynae, it's not silly to ask, they see this all the time.
