Maaf saya xde suggestion supplement tapi nak suggest sis tukar susu. Biasanya susu pregnancy ni tinggi gula. Try minum fresh milk je tengok ok tak. Susu lebih baik daripada calcium supplement. Unless tak boleh minum susu then baru cari supplement :)
I have GDM too, and I have stopped taking maternal milk. For constant calcium intake you can ask for OBICAL from pharmacy. It’s suitable for pregnant women.
Minum susu fresh milk je, low fat milk pun boleh juga. Pakar pemakanan dari KK yang suggest. Susu tepung utk moms tu memang tinggi gula jadi tak disarankan.
