Eh, baby acne ni very common lah, most newborns get it within first few weeks sebab hormones from delivery, totally normal and usually clear up on their own by 3-4 months! A few of us mums noticed our babies had the same thing and honestly the best thing is just to keep the face clean and dry, don't put anything heavy on it unless the doctor says so. Definitely check with your pediatrician or clinic just to confirm it's baby acne and bukan something else, they can advise if anything is needed, sometimes they just say leave it alone and it will go, but better safe to get a professional look. In the meantime, gently wash with plain water or mild cleanser and pat dry je, no need for fancy creams on newborn skin unless doctor recommends.
