Ahhh I feel you, the uncertainty is super stressful! After depo it can take a few months for your cycle to settle down properly, a few of us tried it and our periods were all over the place for like 2-3 months after stopping, so it might just be hormones adjusting lah. But since you're having those symptoms (the nausea, sore breasts, fatigue) and period is delayed, best to go see your doctor even though the UPT came back negative, sometimes it's too early to detect, or it could be hormonal imbalance from the depo wearing off, but better get checked properly to be sure and rule things out ya.
