Nak tanya maksud gingivitis

Gingivitis tu inflammation of the gums je, meaning gums mu jadi merah, bengkak, dan mudah berdarah when you brush or floss, basically gum disease awal-awal stage lah. A few of my mum friends kena masa pregnant sebab hormone changes, and one of them pun dapat sebab tak jaga oral hygiene betul-betul, tapi the good news is if you catch it early and start brushing properly, flossing, dan maybe go for scaling, boleh recover lah!
