Baby tak berak
Nak tanya, baby 1 bulan minum susu badan + formula, dah 5 hari tak berak normal ke tak? Tapi dia selalu kentut n lately ni kentut dia busuk. 2 hari ni saya baru fully breastfeed. Kadang2 dia meneran nak berak tp tk keluar. N dia tak meragam kesakitan sangat pon..mcm biasa je.
Ah, jangan risau sangat! Sebenarnya ni quite normal, especially sekarang yang you fully breastfeed. Susu ibu sangat mudah dicerna, so babies boleh go days without pooping, some mums say their babies skip 5-7 days and it's totally fine, as long as baby tak nampak uncomfortable or meragam. Since your baby masih meneran sikit and passing gas (even if busuk), tu sign digestive system still working, probably just adjusting to fully breastfeeding now. The fact that he's acting normal, tak kesakitan, and cuma meneran occasionally is actually the green light. Just watch out if he becomes unusually fussy, his tummy gets hard/bloated, or if when he finally does poop it's clay-like and pale, those would be signs to check in with the doctor. Otherwise, as long as he's gaining weight and having enough wet nappies, you're likely doing great! Tapi since he's only a month old, worth confirming with your paediatrician just to be sure, especially since you just switched to fully breastfeeding.
