A few of my mum friends, diorang prefer guna humidifier je or elevate baby's head sedikit untuk bantuan breathing while the blocked nose clears on its own, pastu they only use nasal aspirator kalau really needed. Tapi honestly ah, at 3 months, please get a pediatrician to show you the proper technique, better safe than sorry with nasal passages yang still developing!
