Nasal cleansing
Hi nak tanya . anak bhingus tapi tak la banyak sgt cuma hidung jd blocked plk..so bila cuci pki nasal spray n cuci pkai air saline cmpur air, baby mcm ttelan air skit plk wpun pki syringe ke hidung je..baby bru 3 bln, xpe ke ttelan air nnti?
Aiyoo, 3 bulan pa lagi, memang risky sedikit kalau air masuk dalam sebab baby's airway still very delicate, better check dengan doctor dulu sebelum cuci, sebab mereka boleh recommend yang paling safe for newborns, maybe just saline drops aje instead of spray or syringe. A few of my mum friends, diorang prefer guna humidifier je or elevate baby's head sedikit untuk bantuan breathing while the blocked nose clears on its own, pastu they only use nasal aspirator kalau really needed. Tapi honestly ah, at 3 months, please get a pediatrician to show you the proper technique, better safe than sorry with nasal passages yang still developing!
