Braxton Hicks contractions memang boleh terasa macam pressure kat bawah, sometimes rasa mcm nak go to the toilet jugak, a few of my mum friends complained about the same thing dekat end of pregnancy. Senang ja, minum air banyak-banyak, rest sikit, and kalau really worried or kalau ada bleeding or discharge yang unusual, better check with your doc okay, just to be safe lah at this stage!
