things, and your nurse was right to tell you to monitor closely. Most mummies I know just keep a simple log, like note down every few hours whether you're feeling those tiny movements add up to the baby's normal pattern for you. If it's significantly less than before, or if you go through a few hours without feeling anything, that's when you go back to the hospital straightaway, don't wait. Better to get checked twice than to worry alone at home, kan?
At 35 weeks you're so close to the finish line, so just keep an eye on things and trust your instinct. Definitely check back with your doctor or KK nurse if the movements stay reduced or if anything else worries you, they know your case best, so it's worth a follow-up assessment soon. Hang in there, mama!

Hi sayang! FHR 135 tu actually normal at 35 weeks, boleh slow down sikit closer to delivery. Tapi reduced movement tu jangan ignore, keep simple kick count log, kalau significantly less atau few hours takde gerak langsung, terus balik hospital. Trust your instinct, follow-up dengan doctor kalau still worried ya!
