Gerakan baby

Alhamdulillah, lega sikit dengar baby masih cukup 10 gerakan ya, that's actually a good sign. At 36 weeks, memang ramai mums yang share pengalaman yang sama, sebab ruang dalam perut dah semakin sempit bila baby membesar, so the movements naturally feel a bit less dramatic, though they should still be consistent. Yang penting, kalau dalam sehari gerakan kurang daripada 10 kali, tu memang kita kena ambil serius dan tidak boleh tunggu-tunggu. My sister actually went through this and her doctor reminded her that any drop below that benchmark is reason enough to go in and get checked straight away, better safe than sorry, especially this close to delivery.
