Uy, yan talaga ang problema ng maraming pregnant friends ko with ferrous, sobrang nakakasuka talaga lalo na kung walang pagkain! Try taking it with food or after a meal, at kung gusto mo, pwede ring i-take mo siya before bedtime so less likely maka-agaw ng appetite mo throughout the day. Pero honestly, if the nausea is too much, better mention it to your OB kasi they might adjust the dosage or suggest a different brand na mas gentle sa stomach mo, some ng friends ko nabago lang to a gentler iron supplement at ok na agad. Alagaan mo na sarili mo and baby, sis!
