39w 1d 4cm but no signs of labor

Nagpacheckup ako kay ob last weekend, 4cm dilated na pero makapal pa raw ang cervix. No signs of labor din pero sa NST ko nakita na may contractions na ako pero wala talaga akong nararamdamang pain or discomfort. Based sa BPS ko naman nabawasan ang amniotic fluid compared sa 37w bps ko. Naglose na din pala ang mucus plug ko last week.Paano ba panipisin pa yung cervix?Sa ngayon nagtake ako primrose 2x a day, pineapple, walking, squatting, birthing ball, tapos do with hubby#firsttimemom #advicepls

Aww mama, at 39 weeks na kayo so youre almost there na! But honestly, with the lower fluid and all those details, kailangan mo talaga mag-follow up ulit with your OB bago mag-try ng anything else, theyll know best kung okay pa ba yung baby at whats the safest next step for you. A few of my mum friends were in similar situations, at dineferred lang nila sa doctor kung ano talaga dapat gawin kasi bawat pregnancy is different. Youre doing great na with the walking and everything, but let your OB guide you from here, sis, safety muna ng you and baby!
