Spotting but still positive in pt

Nagkaspot po ako since kahapon pro kunti nlng ngaun,and I'll never experienced cramping and pain in my lower abdomen,then today I take pregnancy test and still it's positive...I'm in 12 week and 4days,, What does it mean? Salamat sa sasagot #advicepls #pleasehelp
