Please... Need opinion about early pregnancy

Nagkaroon po ako ng 2 days light bleeding before my exact day of may period . then after 1 week nag pt po ako negative result. 2nd week po nakakaranas po ako cramping.. back pain.. breast tenderness almost everyday po .. fatigue.. bloating.. sa paghiga hirap po ako kung paanong posisyon na higa kasi sumasakit ang balakang ko .. am i pregnant? Ilang weeks po ba bago ako mag try ulit mag pregnancy test? #advicepls #tryingtoconceive
