Bleeding | Any similar experience po?

7 Weeks Pregnant Nag PT po ako twice nung mga 3rd week of March and both positive naman po. Since then maingat kami ni hubby and super smooth lang kasi wala akong morning sickness or cravings. Not until 2 days ago nag start ng spotting then nagbleed nako na parang regla yung flow. Nagpacheck up na po ako amd binigyan ng pampakapit pero di pa kami makakapag ultrasound until Monday to confirm. We are being extra careful, for now naka bed rest ako. HINDI NAMAN PO POSSIBLE NA HINDI PALA AKO BUNTIS DIBA SINCE POSITIVE NAMAN MGA PT KO?
