Uy, I know how scary this is, a few of us mums have been in that confusing place din where the PT is positive but the numbers aren't matching yet, and it's such a mind trip. Honestly, an HCG of 19 at 5 weeks is on the lower side, and the bleeding is definitely something na kailangan i-monitor closely with your OB, so please follow up with them soon and maybe ask about repeat HCG tests in a few days to see if the numbers are rising (that's the reassuring sign). I won't sugarcoat it, mas better na makausap mo agad yung doctor mo ulit about what you're experiencing, especially the bleeding, kasi they'll know best kung normal or concerning ang timing based sa actual exam niya.
