May nabuntis

Ay oo, maraming moms dito na nabuntis ulit after giving birth! A few of us actually got pregnant within months pa lang, lalo na kung hindi kami consistent sa family planning or kung nagbreastfeed lang kami thinking na protected na. One of my mum friends got pregnant with her second baby when her first was only 4 months old, kaya super challenging pero doable naman, mas madali lang siya nagheal compared sa first pregnancy kasi natutunan na niya ang body niya. It's totally possible kaya if you're not planning for another baby yet, it's good to talk to your OB about what family planning method works best for you, especially if you're breastfeeding pa.
