With high BP at 26 weeks and admission, you really need to check with your OB or the doctor on duty, hindi kami dapat mag-guess dito kasi ito sensitive talaga. A few of my mum friends who were admitted for BP issues were told to rest lang and wait for clearance, pero bawat case is different, so please ask your doctor specifically kung OK na mag-walk or kailangan talaga full bedrest muna.
