I don't think you should force her as that may make her even more resistant to eating. I know how frustrating and worrying it can be when your child is refusing to eat. But it is also important to cultivate good eating habits from young. I would suggest trying to involve her in the preparation process. Get her to decide what she would like to eat for dinner (by giving her choices to choose from), then ask her to help out as you prepare the food. Getting her involved may increase the likelihood of her wanting to eat her "masterpiece". You can also try baking together. It is a fun activity and the baked good can be snack options.
