My girl is very impulsive, has slight anger management issues and talks alot. She is 8yrs old now and doesnt stop talking. Do you think she might be suffering from ADHD?

To add on, there are places to get a diagnosis in Singapore. You can check out www.spark.org.sg and under their "where to get help" section they point you to various places. If you're still unsure just reply in this thread. I'll post more if I can find out!:)
