My daughter is not sleeping well for the last couple of days and wakes up at night? What could be the reason?

It could be due to the temperature in the room, overtireness, nightmares and etc. My daugther is 5.5 years old now and she will wake up looking for her daddy whenever her daddy is outstation in another country. Also, sometimes she will wake up due to blocked nose.
