My daughter just lost her front milk tooth. She is not even five. Is it okay for her to lose her milk teeth so early?

Some children lose their first tooth as early as 4 or as late as 7. A friend of mine told me that if the child started teething earlier than most, then they are more likely to lose their teeth earlier too. There shouldn't be anything to be worried about if your daughter is not feeling any extreme pain.
