My child (3 years old) has not pooped in 5 days and he has this habit for quite sometimes. I have tried to include more vege, high fibre foods in his daily meal and reduce milk intake. However, no improvement so far. Any recommended food @ supplement that can improve digestion?

Try probiotics and introduce more fruits. Do give fruit juice too to increase his liquid intake.

I have bought him yogurt, yakult and vitagen. Thanks Yuna, I will give it a try.
